The Client

Shindig Festival, who's team are also from Bath, got referred to us after they were looking for help to hit another record year of ticket sales for their festival based in Somerset (the funkiest festival in the South West).

We were tasked with using Paid Social to acquire new festival go-ers who weren't award of Shindig and also retain past festival attendees to come again.

Client Goal: Achieve a 10x ROAS.

What We Did

Our Paid Social team evaluated their existing creative assets and worked with their creative team to produce social-first images & videos.

Once we got our hands on the creatives, we got to work and built out our full campaign strategy to ensure we're maximising on all possible custom & lookalike audiences with appropriate exclusions in place.

Whilst working with them we have achieved:

  • 26x ROAS, beating their original 10x goal.
  • From never running Paid Social before, to selling over 650+ tickets (until COVID halted our ability to sell more).
