The Role

An Account Manager is sought to join the team at The Social Shepherd. This is a superb opportunity for someone passionate about Social Media and Marketing and looking to gain new experience in a fast-growing Social Media Marketing Agency with clients in wide range of business sectors.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing a number of clients, co-ordinating schedules and budgets, writing design briefs, proofreading copy and layouts.
  • You will ensure that all jobs are delivered on time, within budget and to exacting standards.
  • You will also produce cost estimates/proposals and take responsibility for your own monthly billings. You should also be comfortable presenting proposals to both existing clients and new business pitches.

Candidate Requirements

  • Personable, fun and with a great sense of humour.
  • Ambitious – both in terms of personal and professional goals.
  • A solid understanding of Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn will be essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail, along with good proofreading and analytical skills.
