The Client

Snack Surprise approached us after they'd been focusing on Google Ads and Influencers but hadn't yet ventured into Paid Social.

They knew it was time to scale their growth as more brands started to enter the market.

Client Goal: To ambitiously scale their ad spend whilst hitting a 2.5x ROAS.

What We Did

As Snack Surprise hadn't any conversion-led campaigns on Facebook before, we got to work by building out our full-funnel structure. We used & edited existing creative assets, and split tested a number of ad copies.

The client wanted steady, sustainable growth, as it can be tough managing stock levels when bringing in different snacks from across the world - so that's exactly what we delivered.

As you can see on our graph, we steadily increased ad budgets while optimising our campaigns, so we could constantly increase ROAS.

In month 6, we also took over their Google Ads and massively reduced CPA.

By month 7 (which was January), we were ready to scale budgets much quicker!

What we've been able to achieve so far:

  • Scaled their starting budget 25x in 12 months.
  • Achieved a ROAS of 3.24, smashing their goal of 2.5.
  • Driving over 25,000+ new subscribers.
  • Lowered their Google Ads CPA by 65%
  • Produced a number of videos to push sales even further!

Current Status: We still work with Snack Surprise on their Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads and can't wait to continue scaling them up!
