Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

About Us

We're a fast-growth Social Media Agency helping consumer-facing brands in DTC/eCommerce, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality & Travel to accelerate their business growth.

We're currently a team of 45+ and are looking to take on our next member of the flock to enhance our Creative team!

We work with & produce video content for the likes of easyJet Holidays, Uniqlo, Premier Inn, 19 Crimes and many more.

Our office is based in central Bath, minutes walk away from the bus/train station, and operate a hybrid model - working both in our office and at home.

What you'll be doing...

The aim of this job role is to conceptualise, create and execute the production of video and animated content. Own deliverables and provide guidance and expertise on all video editing assets and motion design.

  • You'll work closely with our production team to edit content for social-first videos (both organic & paid social assets).
  • Building & developing your own, and the agencies, approach to video creatives - applying original thought to create beautiful content.
  • You're happy joining shoots and guiding our videographers on what you require for the edit.
  • You'll work with the broader team to understand which creatives performed best on our client campaigns, so you can take that information and apply it to future creatives.

Video editing: direct-response videos for Paid Social, organic social content such as TikToks & Instagram Reels, hero videos, cinematics, b-roll, etc.

Motion Graphics: animated slates, rotoscoping, motion/camera tracking, typography keying.

Post-production: colour grading, sound design and mixing, encoding, mastering, archiving.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience in editing.
  • You enjoy working independently and in a team setting.
  • You have plenty of experience in the adobe suite—Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
  • You have a keen eye for the types of content that perform well and see yourself growing within a fast-growth agency.
  • You are an enthusiastic & passionate person who genuinely cares about your work and wants to deliver the best video content possible.
  • Curious and adaptable: it's a fast-moving industry and social advertising. Even more so, products change and adapt weekly, and you must be happy with keeping up to date with changes and learning about how they may impact our output.

Also... here are some important things!

🏠 Work From Home: the majority of our team loves to be in the office, working creatively together, but some like to WFH 1-2 days a week (depending on shoot schedules)!

🏋️ Gym & Wellness Package: we contribute £30/pm towards a gym membership, sporting activity or anything to increase your overall wellness (think massage, yoga, guitar lessons etc).

🕐 Flexible hours: some people are early birds, and others like to start later. We allow people to set their own times, with some people starting at 8am and getting to finish up earlier! We trust our team to get their work done on their schedule.

❤️ We’re committed to equality of opportunity for all. We welcome applications from individuals regardless of their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, age, gender, or disability status. We want to support diverse and inclusive work environments and are actively looking for people who share our values.

💰 Bonus: rewarding our team is something we love to do. Everyone who's in the team enjoys quarterly bonuses based on business performance & growth!

So if you're an experienced videographer who enjoys producing creatives for all types of brands - then this is the role for you!
