Social Media Manager

About Us 🐑

We're a fast-growth Social Media Agency helping clients in Direct To Consumer, eCommerce, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality & Travel to accelerate the growth of their business.

We're currently a team of 30+ and are looking to take on our next member of the flock to enhance our Social Media team!

First of all, here are some important things

🏠 Work From Home: the majority of our team loves to be in the office, working creatively together, but some like to WFH 1-2 days a week!

🏋️ Gym & Wellness Package: we contribute £30/pm towards a gym membership, sporting activity or anything to increase your overall wellness (think massage, yoga etc).

🕐 Flexible hours: some people are early birds, and others like to start later. We allow people to set their own times, with some people starting at 8am and getting to finish up earlier! We trust our team to get their work done on their schedule.

What we're looking for...

  • You'll have already been in a role for 2+ years where you'll have managed social content creation, content planning & built social strategies for brands.
  • You want to continue building a career within social media and see yourself growing within a fast-growth agency.
  • You are an enthusiastic & passionate person who genuinely cares about their work & wants to see their clients win.
  • You have managed a team already or have the desire to nurture a team around you, where you have social media executives reporting to you.
  • You're curious and adaptable: it's a fast-moving industry and social advertising even more so, products change and adapt weekly, and you must be happy with keeping up to date with changes and learning about how they may impact our output.

What you'll be doing...

  • Building & developing your own and the agencies approach to Social Media Management, applying original thought to create beautiful content for our clients.
  • You'll build client relationships & manage the accounts you're working on.
  • Work on social media strategy and constantly optimise campaigns to achieve the best results for clients, taking into account performance across different channels.
  • Plan, create and schedule content for our clients.
  • Work closely with our video & creative team to brief in video content for our clients.
  • Supporting the new business process from the pitching point onwards (no outward-facing sales work beyond that!)
  • Managing a team of 2 Social Media Executives and nurturing their growth.
