As a Senior Creative Content Manager, you’ll join our social content team within our creative department. The role will see you line manage a small team, with the opportunity to grow the team and develop the wider creative offering.

We’re looking for someone to join as a Senior Creative Content Manager who has the desire to progress into Creative Content Director and lead the team from a creative, operational and commercial perspective.

Our Creative content offering focuses on the following services:

• TikTok & Social video content creation
• Content ideation and planning
• Campaign ideation
• Art direction

You’ll also have our Production team to utilise on shoots for higher-production pieces of social content.

• Leading your team to allow them to thrive within their roles. Giving them support to deliver content plans, ideation sessions, creative styling etc.
• Building & developing your own, and the agencies, approach to social-first content. Applying original thought to create beautiful and algorithm-friendly content for our clients.
• Working with our clients to develop their brand positioning & tone-of-voice on Social.
• Joining on shoots (from time to time) on our largest clients to direct.
• Signing off on content ideas and all content the team produces.
• Line managing your team with their progression and day-to-day management.
• Working closely with our other members of the creative team (videographers, editors & production manager) to deliver on high-production shoots.
• Working with our other departments (organic social, paid social & influencer) to assist wider social media campaigns.

• 5+ years in a Social and/or Creative role.
• You have management experience and have led a team successfully before.
• You are an enthusiastic & passionate person that genuinely cares about their work and wants to do the absolute best they can.
• You have a creative mind and can utilise it to ensure we’re constantly innovating our clients brands on social and have the ability to communicate those ideas effectively with the team.
• You'll have strong organisational skills and can work in a fast-paced environment with lots of moving parts that come with working with multiple clients.
