We're a fast-growth Social Media & Paid Media Agency helping clients in Direct To Consumer, eCommerce, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality & Travel to accelerate the growth of their business.

We're currently a team of 30+ and are looking to take on our next member of the flock to enhance analyst team!

💼 Office: Based in the heart of Bath City Centre, making it an easy place to commute to. 5min walk from Train & Bus station.

🏠 Work From Home: we operate a hybrid model where you have time both in the office & at home. A lot of our team loves to be in the office, working collaboratively together, but also like the balance of being able to work from home a couple of days a week.

🏋️ Gym & Wellness Package: we contribute £30/pm towards a gym membership, sporting activity or anything to increase your overall wellness (think massage, yoga etc).

🕐 Flexible hours: some people are early birds, and others like to start later. We allow people to set their own times, with some people starting at 8am and getting to finish up earlier! We trust our team to get their work done on their schedule.

What you'll be doing as a Digital Marketing Analyst

You’ll be leading on the analysis of the performance of our clients across Paid Media (Paid Social & Search), Organic Social and Influencer teams.

You'll develop bespoke reporting dashboards using Google Data Studio, Supermetrics, and any other relevant tools.

You'll help with Pixel & Tag implementation across the Paid Social platforms and Google Tag Manager.

Lead on the development and direction of our Analyst department, as you'd be the first person to be in this new team.

Who we're looking for

  • You have 1-2+ years of experience analysing Digital Marketing campaigns and are confident managing your workflow independently.
  • You have a strong understanding of Paid Media and how to analyse performance confidently to ensure our teams are constantly improving overall results for our clients.
  • You'd like to one day manage a team of Analysts and nurture their growth.
  • Confidence with numbers & data analysis.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio & Google Tag Manager are all highly preferred, but proficiency in every platform isn’t essential.
  • Curious and adaptable: it’s a fast-moving industry and social advertising even more so, products change and adapt weekly and you must be happy with keeping up to date with changes and learning about how they may impact our output.
