Creative Account Manager

About Us 🐑

We're a fast-growth Social Media Agency helping clients in Direct To Consumer, eCommerce, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality & Travel to accelerate the growth of their business.

We're currently a team of 25+ and are looking to take on our next member of the flock to enhance our social creative team!

🏠 Work From Home: the majority of our team loves to be in the office, working creatively together, but some like to WFH 1-2 days a week!

🏋️ Gym & Wellness Package: we contribute £30/pm towards a gym membership, sporting activity or anything to increase your overall wellness (think massage, yoga etc).

🕐 Flexible hours: some people are early birds, and others like to start later. We allow people to set their own times, with some people starting at 8am and getting to finish up earlier! We trust our team to get their work done on their schedule.

What we're looking for...

    • You have a few years of experience in Account Management or Project Management.
    • You love being organised and enjoy seeing a plan come together.
    • You have a creative eye, and enjoy seeing photo & video shoots being done from behind the scenes.
    • You're happy speaking with clients & internal teams to ensure everything is running smoothly from the beginning to completion.

What you'll be doing...

    • Managing client relationships that work with us on creative projects and creative retainers.
    • Helping to plan our video shoots. This may involve booking locations, talent (models/actors), organising props, ensuring our video team have everything they need for shoot days.
    • Liaising with our organic social & paid media teams, to prepare any pieces of content they need for their client campaigns.

Salary + Extra's


  • £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
  • Plus, a quarterly bonus if agency targets are hit!
