We're a fast-growth Social Media Agency helping clients in DTC, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality & Travel to accelerate the growth of their business.

We're currently a team of 30+ and are looking to take on our next member of the flock to enhance our copywriting across social!

Our office is in the heart of Bath city centre, within a few mins walk from the train & bus station.

🏠 Work From Home: we operate a hybrid model where you have time both in the office & at home. A lot of our team loves to be in the office, working collaboratively together, but also like the balance of being able to work from home a couple of days a week.

🕐 Flexible hours: some people are early birds, and others like to start later. We allow people to set their own times, with some people starting at 8am and getting to finish up earlier! We trust our team to get their work done on their schedule.

A creative copywriter, who loves social!

• You'll have already been in a copywriting or social role for 2+ years.
• You have a creative flair and love writing witty copy for social.
• You are an enthusiastic & passionate person who genuinely cares about their work & wants to see their clients win.
• You want to join an independent, ambitious and fast-growth social agency.
• You're curious and adaptable: it's a fast-moving industry and social advertising even more so, products change and adapt weekly, and you must be happy with keeping up to date with changes and learning about how they may impact our output.

• This will be our first copywriting hire, so you'll be leading from the front and owning all social copy.
• You'll be writing direct-response copy for our Paid Media ad campaigns, witty Organic Social posts & work on large video campaigns by working on scriptwriting + taglines/creative copy.
• As well as writing copy, you'll help upskill the wider team on copywriting to ensure they understand and deliver on best practices.
• Assist with copy approvals for our proposals, newsletter & any outward-facing TSS branded content.
