As another effort to push Reels usage, Instagram is currently testing the ability to share full Reel videos in Stories (up to 60 seconds).
Instagram is aware that users are switching to more ‘private sharing’, and that’s why they’re currently testing a new feature where people will be able to share a post via a ‘collaborative collection’.
This will be a private chat with friends, and anyone in that chat will be able to add or remove posts to the collection.
There’s not much information about it yet, but TikTok is testing a way to compensate creators with pay-by-performance campaigns.
Meta keeps encouraging users to create and share more Reels across their platforms, and they’re now also launching new ad placements for this content type.
Click-to-Messenger Ads will redirect users from a Facebook Reel to a direct conversation via Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp.
On top of that, advertisers will be able to turn organic image and video posts into ads in Ads Manager on Facebook Reels.
Elon Musk has confirmed that, from 15th April, Twitter Blue subscribers’ profiles will be recommended in the ‘For You’.
Elon later shared another Tweet, adding that followed accounts will also be on a user’s For You page.
