Tom Carey

I'm currently responsible for assisting across both the Organic Social & Creative departments, so I get to try out all the agency's departments. As an assistant, I help people with planning shoots, behind-the-scenes content and generally help with jobs that may have a deadline approaching and need an extra set of hands.

I really enjoy being able to experience the whole company and get to do the jobs that are needed. I like planning and going on shoots. Seeing it go well feels really rewarding.

I've always loved working in teams, and in the role I am in at The Social Shepherd, I feel part of a strong team, being included in everything they can involve me in and getting the most experience I can as the youngest member.
